Wipro Technologies, Gurugram is constructed with the main focus to give a clear view of the road from all sections. The structure is situated at the cross junction of the road. The campus is constructed with latest technologies and keeping the environment in mind.
The main highlight of the building is a controlled and open to sky, landscaped courtyard. Wide open construction keeps the summer cool. All the offices in the structure overlook the courtyard, which gives them good access to daylight. The building is constructed with latest technologies like optimum visual light transmittance, exterior light shelves and over hangs for all windows, efficient chillers, efficient lighting using lamps and ample daylight spaces with photo sensor controls. The Wipro Campus at Gurugram also has a wide open area with huge terrace garden. This further amplifies access to natural light.
There is a common activity cum recreation area in the structure. The activity hub supports common interest like recreation, cafeteria and sports centre. It is planned along the central axis with software office blocks on both sides of the axis. The reception, library & rejuvenation areas are curvilinear in stark contrast to the efficient, straight and rectangular forms of the office blocks.
